The FH3D12 is a quadruple 3D Hall sensor based on the Fraunhofer HallinOne® technology from the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits, IIS. This versatile magnetic field sensor uses the pure Hall effect principle without magnetizable materials. The FH3D04 offers high dynamic magnetic range and precise 3D magnetic field measurements at four positions with a planar IC in a 2.5x2.5x0.6mm WLCSP package. It supports applications that are robust to stray fields by using magnetic field gradients.
Applications:
- 3D to 6D positioning (joystick, gimbal)
- Current measurement
- Linear position determination (axial/orthogonal and axial/parallel)
- Angle measurement (on axis and off axis)
- Mapping of magnetic fields, equidistant arrangement for cameras with a distance of 1.5mm
Characteristics:
- Quadruple 3D Hall sensor with 1.5mm spacing
- Measuring range full scale from ~10mT to ~1.5T
- Measuring rate up to 80kHz at 10Bit or 1.8kHz at 16Bit resolution
