The FH3D02 is a dual 3D Hall sensor based on the Fraunhofer HallinOne® technology from the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits, IIS. This versatile magnetic field sensor uses the pure Hall effect principle without magnetizable materials. The FH3D02 provides accurate 3D magnetic field measurement at two positions with a planar IC in a 3x2x0.6mm WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip Scale Package).
It supports applications robust to stray fields through user-selectable gradient measurement modes and includes built-in position/angle calculation. A variety of applications are supported on-chip with standard programming. With specific programming, even more applications can be addressed.
